Supplementary Agreement Seller Property Interest By Landlord
SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT SELLER PROPERTY INTEREST BY LANDLORD
Agreement made on [Date of Agreement], between [Name of seller], of [Address of seller], [City of seller], [State of seller], referred to as seller, and [Name of landlord], of [Address of landlord], [City of landlord], [State of landlord], referred to as landlord.
SECTION ONE: SHIPMENT OF GOODS TO CONSIGNEE
Seller sells and ships goods to [Name of buyer], here referred to as consignee, under agreements by which consignee is authorized to sell the goods so delivered, but consignee is entitled to return to seller all goods consignee elects to return for credit.
SECTION TWO: CONSIGNEE AS TENANT OF LANDLORD
Consignee conducts consignees business at [Address of Consignee], [City of Consignee], [State of Consignee], in premises leased by consignee from landlord of consignee.
SECTION THREE: RECOGNITION OF SELLERS PROPERTY INTEREST IN GOODS
In consideration of $ [Amount paid by consignor] Dollars paid by consignor to landlord, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, landlord of consignee recognizes the interest of seller in the goods consigned to consignee and held on the leased premises. Landlord of consignee shall not exercise against those goods delivered to consignee any rights that landlord of consignee may exercise against consignee, as a tenant, or against any personal property on the rented premises.
